Voice recordings for the narration
To hold the listener’s attention for hours on end, I offer a warm and adaptable lead voice, underpinned by solid vocal technique that prevents the listener from becoming fatigued. My versatility allows me to bring out distinct characters within a single piece:
🎙️ Omniscient narrator or witness:
The ‘common thread’. A gentle, flowing base track with excellent articulation, which guides the listener with a steady rhythm, clearly marking the transitions between descriptions and dialogue.
👩 A diverse range of female characters:
The ability to switch effortlessly between the voice of the main character (young, sweet or determined) and secondary characters (mature women, villains or strong-willed women), slightly altering the tone and resonance.
👨 Male characters:
The use of controlled low notes and changes in vocal placement to simulate credible male voices within the narration, without straining the vocal cords or resorting to caricatures, whilst maintaining the seriousness of the dialogue.
